RYAN SORANO,
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Renowned for his customer relationship building, attention to detail, integrity, and follow through, Ryan Sorano is at the helm of the DSR financial team. The Bishop Moore High School alumni holds a a B.S. in accounting from the University of Central Florida and has been an integral part of DSR’s financial operations since joining the team in 2014. 

Ryan’s extensive expertise includes monthly financials, policy and payroll adherence, safe balancing and bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, tax reporting, excel, and working closely with procurement programs. He works well under pressure, and is the go to when you’re on a deadline. Ryan also oversees sales and comp reporting, payroll and policy adherence, financial reporting, inventory par level, and procurement client reconciliations. A true team player, Ryan is hailed for his efficiency, loyalty, and dedication, providing clients with the ultimate peace of mind for their financial operations. 

When he isn’t working, Ryan loves basketball and football and playing with his family’s dogs. He is also a huge fan of the Florida Gators.

KAYLA GLOVER,
PROJECT FINANCE MANAGER

Rising star Kayla Glover joined the DSR team in October 2018 after earning her B.S. in finance from Florida Gulf Coast University (Go Eagles!). She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the prestigious Rollins College right here in Winter Park, Florida. As she continues to grow and serve DSR’s clients, Kayla looks forward to making an even greater impact when she completes her MBA. 

Kayla’s work has already been instrumental in creating efficiencies not only with our clients but in-house as well. She has fast shown her expertise in such areas as sales tracking and predicting, accounts payable, powerpoint and excel, and increasing performance and productivity to improve our clients’ bottom line. Her strengths also include customer relationship building, training and teaching, policy and procedures, organization, structure, quality control, and high standards. 

Kayla also brings unique insight to keep our clients ahead of the curve on international trends and efficiencies, including traveling to Greece to study their business, economic climate, and technology. In addition to bringing back information on Greek POS systems, Kayla will also be traveling to Costa Rica soon to study their coffee business and its implications on restaurant trends in the United States. 

In her free time Kayla enjoys reading and shopping, as well as working with children. She hopes to one day teach personal finance to teens. 

Chef Angelina Aldrich

CHEF ANGELINA ALDRICH,
CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF

Angelina Aldrich has been a leader in the restaurant industry since 2002. Her vast experience ranges from large corporate brands to privately-owned institutions, including AAA 4 diamond awarded, James Beard nominated fast casual establishments as well as QSR. An expert in culinary management and operations, Angelina brings to the menu a wealth of corporate chef, private and group dining, and development services. Her specialties include restaurant branding, strategy, and operations along with new menu development, training, and efficiency.

Always one to stay ahead of the curve, Angelina also specializes in plant-based and health-conscious cuisine. Angelina’s health consciousness extends beyond the kitchen for an entire mind-body-soul lifestyle, including yoga and strong ties to her family and dogs.

JADE A. MURRAY,
DIGITAL MARKETING PARTNER

Jade A. Murray boasts a Master’s Degree in Media Psychology along with over eight years of experience in the industry, including running her own boutique digital marketing firm. Jade uses her unique insight into consumer behavior and brand engagement to give DSR an edge with restaurant social media growth and management, menu design, and a range of other digital marketing and design services. “Keep up the GREAT job you are doing for Francesco’s, we are increasing our business so the social media is working very well!” – John M., Francesco’s Co-Owner. 

Jade is very passionate about fitness and nature, and enjoys spending time at Florida’s beautiful beaches and springs, as well as with her children and family.
