Owner/Founder Dakota Reid is well-versed in all aspects of the restaurant/bar industry and brings an MBA from the University of Florida and over 30 years of executive-level financial management experience in the hospitality industry. Her speciality is offering a wealth of theoretical and real world insight to assist you with your hospitality business's day-to-day operations, accounting, data analysis, tax, and consulting needs.

Renowned for his customer relationship building, attention to detail, integrity, and follow through, Ryan Sorano is at the helm of the DSR financial team. The Bishop Moore High School alumni holds a a B.S. in accounting from the University of Central Florida and has been an integral part of DSR’s financial operations since joining the team in 2014. 

Ryan’s extensive expertise includes monthly financials, policy and payroll adherence, safe balancing and bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, tax reporting, excel, and working closely with procurement programs. He works well under pressure, and is the go to when you’re on a deadline. Ryan also oversees sales and comp reporting, payroll and policy adherence, financial reporting, inventory par level, and procurement client reconciliations. A true team player, Ryan is hailed for his efficiency, loyalty, and dedication, providing clients with the ultimate peace of mind for their financial operations. 

When he isn’t working, Ryan loves basketball and football and playing with his family’s dogs. He is also a huge fan of the Florida Gators. 


Chelsie DiPaolo graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCF with a BS in Psychology, a BA in Communications and a minor in Mathematics. She continued her education at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition which led to the opening of her first restaurant in 2016. In the years to follow, Chelsie grew that business into three award winning concepts and she has competed (and won) against some of the top chefs in the country at national cooking competitions.

Chelsie has aligned with DSR Restaurant Consultants to bring full spectrum strategy to restaurant entrepreneurs specializing in business solutions, leadership development, concept & menu development, marketing & branding and has a passion for turning entrepreneurs goals into profitable businesses. As someone who has operated her own restaurants, she understands firsthand the time constraints, demands and slim margins that exist within the industry. With Chelsie in your corner, you have someone that understands what it’s like to be in your shoes and will look critically at your business to eliminate your gaps, minimize stress and create solutions to maximize your bottom line.


Erin Fish graduated Summa Cum Laude from Presbyterian College with a BA in English & German and minors in Religion & International Studies. With professional experience in the commercial real estate, development & hospitality industry, she specializes in creating systems, implementing policies and training teams to bring stability and structure to every level of her client's businesses.

When it comes to the details, owners & operators can rest well knowing Erin is in their corner. From payroll & HR support to POS mapping and menu & creative design, Erin brings exactness to every level. Her practical application of design, communication and writing creates the infrastructure to keep client's businesses running well from the inside and looking good from the outside.
